Mr. Cohen’s practice focuses on land use, including the permitting and entitlement process, CEQA, Subdivision Map Act and land use litigation.

Mr. Cohen also has extensive real estate transaction experience including commercial leases, residential and commercial/retail landlord/tenant relations and purchase agreements.
