He represents insureds in complex coverage matters. He has litigated issues regarding insurance coverage for product liabilities, copyright, patent and trademark infringement, construction defect claims, business interruption and extra expense claims, Year 2000 and other computer code problems, and environmental liabilities. He conducts an active trial practice and has obtained jury verdicts for his clients that have been ranked among the top jury verdicts in California in the 1990s.

Mr. Pasich has written more than 100 articles and columns on legal subjects. He is the author of Casualty and Liability Insurance (Matthew Bender, 1998), a contributing author to The Manual For Complex Insurance Coverage Litigation (Aspen, 1998), and a contributing editor to California Legal Forms, Civil Procedure Before Trial (West, 1998). He also writes insurance law columns for the Los Angeles Daily Journal and the San Francisco Daily Journal.
