1. Description of Specialty

Mr. Meyer has developed a national reputation as one of the preeminent leasing attorneys in the United States. He has regularly represented many of this country's leading financial institutions, accounting firms and law firms in connection with major lease transactions throughout the United States. He is one of the county’s leading authorities on the determination of fair market rental rates, assignment and subleasing, damage and destruction/insurance, and the interrelationship between the Commencement Date and the Tenant Improvement agreement.

He has served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Superior Court and currently serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and has testified as an expert witness on various leasing matters.
