Lecturer on Construction Law at Boalt Hall School of Law, 1989-1992.

arbitrator of more than 100 construction, insurance and business

disputes ranging from two-party disputes to matters involving 40
or more parties. Have mediated numerous construction defect, delay,
disruption, acceleration and breach of contract matters. Have mediated
numerous insurance coverage cases, insurance subrogation cases and
business contract disputes. Have mediated cases in California, Nevada,
Arizona, Illinois, New York, and Mississippi.

matters including numerous construction defect, delay, disruption
and breach of contract matters. Have arbitrated more than 25 public
agency disputes as a member of special panel established by the
