1. Description of Specialty

George has substantial experience in real estate transactions and in securing regulatory approvals for large scale development and transportation projects. Projects include studios, resorts, office complexes, mixed use projects, hospitals, high-rise condominium projects, shopping centers, residential projects, master plan approvals and transportation plans.

2. Transaction Samples
Specific projects for which Mr. Mihlsten has had primary responsibility, including coordination of transactional issues for each project, include the following:

· Representation of Eli Broad and Edward P. Roski, Jr. in connection with the negotiation for a new NFL franchise.

· The new $350 million, 20,000 seat Staples Center arena, home of the NBA Los Angeles Lakers, NBA Los Angeles Clippers and NHL Los Angeles Kings.

· The Disney Resort Specific Plan on behalf of The Walt Disney Company, a master plan for a new Disney Theme Park and destination resort in Anaheim, California.

· Feasibility Plan for the Disney Sea Resort, Long Beach, California.

· DreamWorks/Playa Vista Studio.

· DreamWorks-Glendale Animation Studio.

· The Central City West Specific Plan and the Central City West Transportation Plan on behalf of S-P Company, a master plan for 25 million square feet of commercial development and 18,000 residential units in an area of downtown Los Angeles covering 450 acres and requiring $500 million dollars in related transportation improvements.

· Long Range Development Plan for the University of California at Los Angeles.

· Fox Studio Specific Plan on behalf of Fox, Inc., a master plan for 1.8 million square feet.

· Long Range Master Plan for MCA/Universal.

· Chiller-Co-Generation Facility for the University of California at Los Angeles.

· Barbara and Marvin Davis Research Building at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

· Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Master Plan, a master plan for the expansion of the medical center for the 21st century.

· 2 million square foot office project known as Warner Center Plaza on behalf of The Voit Companies and Copley Realty Advisors.

· 500,000 square foot medical center expansion for Kaiser Foundation Hospitals in Woodland Hills.

· 800,000 square foot office tower for JMB Realty in Century City. · Long Range Development Plan for Pepperdine University.

· The 200,000 square foot Tower office building in Westwood on behalf of Travelers Insurance and Platt Development

· Warner Center Specific Plan and Warner Center Transportation Plan. · The 700,000 square foot regional shopping center for A.F. Gilmore Company and JMB/Urban Development at Farmers Market.

· The 1,000,000 square foot Hollywood Promenade redevelopment project for Melvin Simon & Associates.

· A new crude oil pipeline from Bakersfield to the Port of Los Angeles for Pacific Pipeline.

3. Professional Activities

Mr. Mihlsten has served on a number of task forces dealing with issues such as housing policies, transportation policies, permit streamlining and environmental review processes.

4. Civic Activities

Mr. Mihlsten also has been involved in a number of significant civic, community and charitable organizations. Mr. Mihlsten has undertaken significant pro bono projects for Phoenix House (drug rehabilitation program for young adolescents), Village School (new school), Wilshire Boulevard Temple (new school), and Foundation for the Junior Blind (new master plan for school). In addition, Mr. Mihlsten serves on the Boards of Directors of the Foundation for the Junior Blind, the CORO Foundation (community and public affairs foundation), and the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
