Jennifer
Hernandez practices land use and environmental law in California
and other Western States from our San Francisco office. Her practice
focuses on resolving federal, state and local environmental impact
review and permit processing for complex development projects, ranging
from interstate pipelines and transmission lines, to industrial,
commercial, mixed use and residential development projects. She

our clients with a "one stop shop" in implementing innovative, integrated
and expedited entitlement strategies for projects involving complex
land use and regulatory issues, including contaminated soil or groundwater,
natural resources (wetlands, regulated species, surface water quality,
and water supply), federal, state and coastal lands, and other entitlement
challenges.
Ms.
Hernandez also represents a diverse group of operating industries
on compliance, enforcement and audit issues relating to air and
water quality, hazardous materials and waste, Proposition 65 and
other regulatory issues.
She
